Since joining the firm out of law school in 1985, John Altomare has represented borrowers and lenders in commercial loan transactions and advised corporate clients on a variety of business-related operations, including succession planning, shareholder agreements, and business formation.
In addition to his work as an attorney, John Altomare serves as chairman of the board with Seven Hills Foundation, a human services and health agency with headquarters in Worcester, MA and 160 locations in 2 states and 7 countries. He also offers his financial expertise to BayState Savings Bank as a member of its board of directors.
Despite his affiliations with multiple businesses, Mr. Altomare finds time to fuel his passion for philanthropy through his support of Forward in Health, the YMCA of Central Massachusetts, the Fusaro Charitable Foundation, and the Vuona Charitable Foundation. He also co-founded a scholarship fund for students at St. John's High School in Shrewsbury, MA. He holds a bachelor's degree in business and finance from Saint Michael's College and a juris doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School.
