- Lead the plant quality department to ensure the execution of quality management system.
- Organize and executive the internal audit based on the valid quality management system.
- Implementation of the quality management system and continuously improve the quality management process and documentation procedure.
- Organize the process and products audit to ensure the manufacturing process is valid and stable.
- Maintain company's conformance to be the standards to ensure international product compliance.
- Establish quality plan for all production line in manufacturing and providing training , inspection and verification tools and schedules verification audits to ensure products assembly testing and process confirm to the quality control plans and instruction.
- Facilitate new production and ensure all first articles and performance requirement meet specification and design requirements.
- Ensure the inspection for incoming material and process is robust.
