I'm Jane, and I worked with the wonderful team that created the 62-acre strategy for Godrej MSR City. The super-built area and carpet area are utilized for determining the rent for an apartment. The bigger the carpet area, the more expensive the rent. One may expect substantial rental revenues because every home at Godrej MSR City is more than 1100 sq ft.
