Sheikh Hassan Enany is the founder and Chairman of Enany Group, a conglomerate of over 100 businesses across the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. After achieving a degree in economics and political science at Cairo University in Egypt, Hassan Enany followed his father, Sheikh Mohammed Kahlil Enany, who served with the Minister of Finance and the Islamic League, into politics. Hassan Enany became a diplomat first with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Saudi Arabia and then with the Saudi Arabia Embassy in London, England.
Through this experience working with people and businesses across different cultures, Hassan Enany created the Enany Group. With his company, Hassan Enany has taken his wide reach and influence to help more than 300 charities worldwide.
In Saudi Arabia, he funded the construction of the Hassan Enany Mosque, and supports the Prince Salman Center for Disability Research. In 1995, Hassan Enany funded the creation of a computer mediated stereotaxic radiosurgery (CMSR) unit at Stanford University. This technology can be used in the treatment of both cancer and Parkinson’s disease.
