Gil Seton holds a BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School with concentrations in real estate and finance. Serving as a project manager at Calmark Development, a Los Angeles-based real estate development firm specializing in affordable housing, Mr. Seton was responsible for seven affordable senior housing projects that were developed at a combined cost of approximately $80 million and that created a total of approximately 1,100 housing units.
