Collaborated in a team of 5 people, identifying main cost and revenue drivers of the business, taking into consideration critical key aspects of the business environment (e.g. EUA Carbon Costs development, potential Clients, regulatory barriers) and developing an extensive Excel tool.
Performed an in-depth assessment of the European Union Emission Trading Scheme (ETS), understanding the current framework for Carbon allowances allocation, possible future price development and presenting the outcome to the Management.
