Develop & Nurture relationships with internal & external customers

Look & Enhance new business opportunities while visit existing customers.
Attend seminars & exhibitions on ‘Travel & Hospitality”.
Handling customer complaints received verbally or in writing. Make sure these are acknowledged immediately and a proper reply sent within FIVE working days.
Meet & Assist VIP Customers or Group on arrival at Dubai Airport.
Take over responsibilities from my colleague when he goes on leave.
Arrange other products for our customers i.e. Desert safaris, Dhow cruise etc. & if the group is big then escort them for the event.
Obtain best rate from other hotels to accommodate our customers in an overbooking situation and monitor their welfare till such time they are brought back to our hotel
