- as Budget Control. I assigned to analize all of the master budget program (production and news) in Metro TV by coordinate with all producers, make an internal budget from the master budget each month, input all of the budget (master and internal budget) to the system called Eco System, so that the news finance can withdraw the fund. I also assigned to recapitalize the cost realization of every programs by note it from purchase order, internal memo and regular cost programs and make a cost realization report of all programs every months.
- Implement the examination process/ internal audit for the entire program (the studios usage, the number of human resources in the program, consumption, use of tools broadcast both lease and purchase (the company's assets), production stage , etc) and operating costs from all divisions (non program) such as the use of operational car, driver, electricity, internet ,company assets (office furniture, broadcast equipment, etc) and report them in the form of audit reports
- Ensuring the viability of a program to be on air or not, based from the examination of the Income statement and balance sheet or called by PnL program. I also assigned to determine which programs can be invested for the long term and which only generate short-term profits for the company in view of the financial statements and its PnL program
- as Sytem and Procedure staff, I assigned to make a Standart Operation Procedure (SOP)/ policy for all Department in METRO TV, make a revision, update it continuosly based on the company's structure, and ensure that the policy were applied and complied.

- as Budget Management Account (BMA), I assigned to control the budget of each department and programs, process the advance request of every users from all department, posting all of the AP Manual, AP List Payment, AP List Reimburst, and Settlement.Act as an advisor to department managers in formulating their budget submissions, review proposed budget submissions for accuracy and completeness, examine whether budget submissions can be achieved based on known capacity constraints, propose enhancements to the budget model, create a consolidated budget version and propagate the approved budget throughout the organization and explain issues as requested.Compare actual to budgeted results at the end of each reporting period, and report on significant variances and maintain the budgeting policies and procedures manual
- as Finance TV Network, I assigned to process the invoices of 14 local TV stations until the payment process, process the payroll, financial reporting, make bankstaat & kastaat of “bukti kas/ bank pengeluaran & penerimaan” that sent from TV Networks which are showed what the fund used for in a month (cost realization), and the operating funds of 14 local TV stations each month for programme and non-programme needs.
