I am a highly dedicated and motivated 22-year-old Master’s student currently studying at CBS and enrolled in the 2016/2017 CEMS programme. - I discussed my work on scenario planning for the future of retail in 2030, the technological trends involved. I also discussed the implications of these trends and potential scenarios for managers, including the members of the audience.
