An accomplished real estate professional based in Jacksonville, Florida, Bryan Bartlett studied communications with an emphasis in advertising at University of Florida in Gainesville, where he was active in the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. For the past 17 years, he has concentrated his professional efforts in the fields of industrial and investment real estate at the Newmark Grubb Phoenix Realty Group, serving as a consultant and performing a range of property transaction services. Bryan Bartlett currently leads a number of commercial sales and leasing initiatives throughout North Florida. To date, he has completed over 500 Newmark Grubb Phoenix transactions with a total value that exceeds $600 million.
Mr. Bartlett holds active membership in a number of professional organizations including the Industrial Transportation Property Network, the Cornerstone Commercial and Industrial Task Force, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties. He also volunteers as a board member of the Jacksonville Zoo and the University of Florida’s Masters of Real Estate program.
