- I work as a technical leader and my role is to be the interface between business areas of Fresenius Medical Care and third parties technology providers.
My main responsibilities are project management, lead project resources, estimate project costs and effort, prepare user requirements and functional specifications, perform software IQ, OQ, PQ and user acceptance testing.
I contribute with strategic solutions to solve critical problems, adapting tools available to meet the existing scenario, creating "bottom-up" solutions and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and optimize existing solutions to meet the existing challenges.
I work with national and global projects and I'm adapted to the challenges of teams from different origins of the world.
I have great interpersonal skills, a strong differential for any project and team and I've always developed strong relationships with stakeholders.
I work with holistic, in-depth understanding of projects and factors that surround them, evaluating technical details, the economic implications and cultural factors that can influence them.
I always consider essential: respect, ethics, motivation and relationships cultivated between team members for a good relationship and project success. These are the values that I believe and have been cultivating throughout my life and my professional career.

- I worked as a systems analyst for 12 years at Sistema Globo de Radio from 2002 until 2014.
Throughout my journey in SGR I had the opportunity to work with talented professionals in numerous projects. These projects were challenging but I'd highlight the SGR CEDOPE acquis system project using Filemaker, TOTVS Protheus ERP implementation, BI system implementation and development of the advertising agency materials management system.
My main responsibilities were project management, requirements analysis and systems business, mapping and process modeling, development of systems, procedures and SQL routines.
I was privileged to have my work recognized by Filemaker, a subsidiary of Apple,by developing the acquis system for CEDOPE in SGR. I developed a functionality in the system for Filemaker 7, 2004, which was only implemented by Filemaker in version 11 in 2010.
The Filemaker visited SGR to know the CEDOPE acquis system, and the facilities of Sistema Globo de Radio, and I received the invitation to visit the headquarters of Filemaker and also Apple's headquarters in Silicon Valley (USA). CEDOPE acquis system was also presented at DEVCON 2013 in San Diego (USA), as one of the reference databases.

- Hired for a two year internship program that that was planned in two stages. The first year was dedicated to networks and infrastructure, and the second year dedicated to developing systems.
For a year I was able to devote myself solving network connectivity issues and service desk. During the next year I had the privilege of developing a system to optimize the service desk service, taking advantage of the experience acquired in the previous year.
This system started to be used in the operations area of the company's technology. Also during the second year I presented the project of improving the inventory control process of the area of technology equipment. - Corporate systems development using Microsoft Visual Studio

- My first job was highly stimulating and I had the opportunity to work performing support service for an Internet service provider at the time when the internet was in great ascent.
I highlighted among all service operators and I became a reference for support calls to foreign customers for the ability to communicate in english in addition to being a reference for realization of personal support for cases with greater severity.
In addition to my role, also I was assigned for the development and maintenance of websites hosted on the provider.
