Passionate, Energetic, Creative, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, Manager

Parker (80134) United States (Colorado)
Employed Open to opportunities
Passionate, energetic and creative Technical Lead, Scrum Master and Manager. I have a strong drive for not just results, but the RIGHT results. I learn quickly. I am good at being the bridge between technical and non-technical business areas. I have a history of solving the hard problems . I am able to see the forest through the trees but also have an appreciation for and understanding of those trees.

I believe that high quality work is a natural expression of one's passions. As such, it is crucial that I create and champion an environment in which people are enabled and empowered to perform at their highest level. It is in this way that a person is able to create the most value for their organization while also achieving the highest possible satisfaction and fulfillment in their work.

In less than five years, with no previous experience, I have worked my way from an entry level software QA position to technical lead, scrum master, manager, providing technical oversight for offshore teams, implementing key process improvements with my team as well as my department.

When I am not creating a software version of a vampire, you can find me in my woodshop making pens (BIRDCOpens.com) or building furniture.

Want to work together? I'd love to hear from you!!
