With an early focus in math and science at Shady Side Academy, Aubrey W. Gladstone graduated from Lehigh University in 1968. There, he not only studied industrial engineering and served as president of his class, but also completed the pilot training that would influence much of his professional life. Although he went on to earn his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and find success as a senior executive with several companies, Aubrey Gladstone continued to apply his aviation knowledge in a number of capacities.
In addition to his business ventures, Mr. Gladstone has served for the past 38 years as a commercial pilot with Pittsburgh’s National Jet Corporation. He holds current licensure to fly light aircraft, jets, and helicopters.
Aubrey Gladstone has also passed his aviation knowledge on to the next generation by teaching his daughter Brooke to fly at the age of 16. Brooke currently works in the Propulsion Division for Boeing in Charleston, South Carolina.
