Manage all related training activities to group of major clients from Government and Private
Sector (Account Manager)
Provide academic / training counseling services for professional and public clients for different training courses and programs ( Computer Studies Associate Degree, Business Administration Associate Degree, PMP, Oracle , MCSE, CIW, CISCO, MAYA, KINGS, ICDL)
General Training Coordination ( Course Initiation, Course Planning & Scheduling, Course Mar-keting , Student Briefing , Registration, Entry Assessments , Progress and Performance Follow-up Reporting)
Prepare necessary reports and statistical data along with relevant researches as may be required by management for training enhancements
Any other task as may be assigned by superiors.
Handle registration of existing students and new enrollments.
Maintain and update students database
Deal with students’ complaints and requests.
Ensure guests satisfaction, and respond to any needs and inquiries.
Accompany VIP guests in special occasions and events.
Responsible for organizing hotel reservations, comfortable and suitable training hall, coffee breaks, transportation arrangements, field visits, sightseeing trips.
Prepare and submit final report to management and to clients.
Represent the College in meetings, seminars and annual occasions.
Act as counselor for students by providing them with training plans customized according to their needs, on case by case basis.
Ensure trainees satisfaction by responding to their needs and solve problems on the spot.
Ensure quality of work, processes and operations are within ISO standards.
