  • I manage and curate the social media presence for this non-profit, bi-lingual (French and English) Geneva-based association, motivating discussion among current and potential members, part of the organising team for workshops, conferences, lectures and lunches. I provide analysis and trends reports and actively participate in all Committee meetings.
  • Through strategic and relevant enablement activities and communications, I empowered sales teams in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to help clients solve critical business challenges. Flagship programs included live and streaming interactive sessions, e-learning including Podcast series, a weekly Newsletter and running activation campaigns to enable teams on digital Sales Enablement tools. Highlights: Introducing NPS (Net Promoter Score) satisfaction tool to our programs for more meaningful response to our audience’s expectations. Exploring and kicking off new approaches to events such as the Meetup format to enable new buyer involvement.
  • Successfully managing local audiences in Switzerland in order to maintain high levels of participation in live sessions. Introducing and championing Slack as a new valuable team communication tool. Mastering and championing a new intranet company platform to replace existing “wiki” tools and improve communication to our target audience.

    I took on extra duties in Suisse Romande. Prioritising the delivery of timely and relevant information to the employees of French-speaking part of IBM in Switzerland and DACH to promote engagement and inclusivity in this multi-lingual operating region. I set up a specific intranet site for news, customer events, and social occasions in Suisse romande with an accompanying blog with the objective of encouraging collaboration and dialogue.
  • Executed all customer-facing marketing cross-brand and industry events in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, working remotely as part of a wider team based in Zurich and in our German functional headquarters.
  • Highlights: overtook the region’s annual flagship event, Technology Day (then Innovation Day) and raised its profile in terms of content and customer experience resulting in an overall 30% increase in attendance. In addition, I supported internal events, digital marketing campaigns in our region, created a specific intranet community for the Suisse Romande, created and promoted a Suisse-Romande LinkedIn group and supported PR activities as well as leading and mentoring IBM Students collaborating on my events.
  • Based in Geneva, I managed IMD’s European marketing programs, executing key customer Semiconductor industry events in both Europe, Middle East and North America as well as IBM proprietary events and road-shows, internal kick-offs in all Geographies, recognition events and acting as PR focal point. As IMD merged into IBM Systems Group in 2004, I also handled external and internal events for this brand.
