Jan - Sep 2019 I took on extra duties in Suisse Romande. Prioritising the delivery of timely and relevant information to the employees of French-speaking part of IBM in Switzerland and DACH to promote engagement and inclusivity in this multi-lingual operating region. I set up a specific intranet site for news, customer events, and social occasions in Suisse romande with an accompanying blog with the objective of encouraging collaboration and dialogue.

Highlights: overtook the region’s annual flagship event, Technology Day (then Innovation Day) and raised its profile in terms of content and customer experience resulting in an overall 30% increase in attendance. In addition, I supported internal events, digital marketing campaigns in our region, created a specific intranet community for the Suisse Romande, created and promoted a Suisse-Romande LinkedIn group and supported PR activities as well as leading and mentoring IBM Students collaborating on my events.
