Executed all customer-facing marketing cross-brand and industry events in the French-speaking part of Switzerland, working remotely as part of a wider team based in Zurich and in our German functional headquarters.
Highlights: overtook the region’s annual flagship event, Technology Day (then Innovation Day) and raised its profile in terms of content and customer experience resulting in an overall 30% increase in attendance. In addition, I supported internal events, digital marketing campaigns in our region, created a specific intranet community for the Suisse Romande, created and promoted a Suisse-Romande LinkedIn group and supported PR activities as well as leading and mentoring IBM Students collaborating on my events.
