Ensuring all the mechanical spares, tools & services trough issuing the required Purchase, Fabrication, Repair or service requisition to ensure the minimum down time and high availability with minimum maintenance cost.
Evaluating the consumption rate of plant equipment and defining abnormalities.
Prepare the work orders & plan for each order requirement.
Prepare Weekly, Monthly & KSD schedule.
Adjusting Min., Max. & Reorder levels of the Stock items.
Participate in the warehouse coding system.
Identify original spare parts suppliers & collecting machines data
Evaluation of spares & services dealers
Following up on the cause analysis for repeated mechanic problems
Verify conformity of Technical documents with installed equipments
Participate in the preparation of plant maintenance budget
