Allen W. Warren stands out as founder and past president and CEO of real estate development group New Faze Development. He established the company in 1990 with the goal of creating high-quality affordable housing in his native North Sacramento, California. Since that time, Allen W. Warren has overseen the creation of a $1 billion portfolio and the building of residential as well as retail and commercial properties.
Mr. Warren began by leading New Faze in its building of 30 single-family homes. He added 69 additional homes in 2000 and since that time has facilitated the construction of numerous detached homes, apartment units, and active adult residences. He also has guided New Faze in its entry into non-residential properties, including a 7,000-square-foot mixed-use building on Sacramento's Del Paso Boulevard.
He now focuses largely on his charitable endeavors, which include the successful Allen W. Warren Celebrity Golf Classic. The second annual classic took place in June 2016 and raised funds for several local and regional organizations, including the Alliance for Compassion and Education Development and the American Red Cross-Gold Country Region.
