  • Connect physical and virtual meetings, and negotiate with the Chairman of each meeting to allow remote participants to make their interventions.
  • Coordinate with the meeting organizer the type of access, the format of the interventions, and any technical or operations requirement.
  • Offering real-time technical assistance on Adobe Connect.
  • After the meetings, provide detailed report and statistics on the flow of the meetings to all involved parties.
