He has earned a certificate in a masters real estate program and manages a team of individuals in his firm. Alex Getelman has led consulting efforts for several major development companies in the New York Area, including Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Getelman's established relationships and ability to facilitate beneficial relationships with new clients make him successful in driving future growth and development goals. He has connections with effective contractors, engineers, and architects, and experience in building highly qualified logistical teams for the clients he consults.
Outside of work and keeping up with emerging real estate marketplace and business management trends, Alex Getelman spends his spare time golfing, sailing, and hiking. One of his favorite books is The Brothers Karamazov by Fyodor Dostoevsky. He has supported several charities including St. Francis Food Pantries and the Mount Sinai Adolescent Health Center Run for Teens.
