  • On this role I'm responsible for the flawless execution of campaigns for the Spanish market, I'm in direct contact with agencies to manage the reception of booking forms, purchase orders and creative assets to complete the setup.
  • Management of opportunities in Salesforce, Insertion Order creation and Campaign setup.
  • Trafficking campaigns in our different platforms Yahoo Ad Manager Plus, Yahoo Ad Exchange, Gemini Native Ads for Display.
  • Management and optimization of PPC campaigns, A/B testing, Audience targeting, Conversions.
  • Small Business Client Management in relation to Native Ads campaigns.
  • Work closely with Sales to exceed client expectations.
  • Close day to day campaign monitoring to ensure delivery and performance optimization.
  • Provide day to day reporting as needed, screenshots, test pages.
  • Report, Troubleshoot and Escalate any campaign/creative delivery issues that could impact each campaign.
  • Managing upsells, credits, debits making sure there are no errors in billing and invoicing.
  • Point of contact for Internal projects.
  • Work closely with Finance to ensure accurate invoicing to agencies and clients.
  • Coordinate with the Ad tech team the production of rich media ads, takeovers and special executions on Yahoo properties.
  • Provide support to the rest of the team from a technical perspective in relation to creatives not clicking, clickTAG implementation, missing macros and any other ad serving issue.
  • Support, training and shadowing for the rest of the team as needed.
