    For this role as part of the Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP) team I work alongside traffickers, ad operation managers, campaign managers, media agencies, ad networks and publishers providing excellent and prompt customer service to resolve any issues that may occur while the campaigns are in progress, serving as point of contact for publishers to troubleshoot and resolve or escalate technical issues.
  • Educate clients on trafficking, pacing, optimization, targeting and reporting of ad campaigns.
  • Provide Traffic support as needed.
  • Reproduce client campaigns in test environment for troubleshooting.
  • Assist on the implementation of rich media, out of page, HTML5 and third party creatives.
  • Proactively investigate issues (delivery discrepancies, technical issues, etc.) with clients, agencies, third-party platforms, and/or internal parties and provide resolutions to these issues.
  • Assist media teams with questions about creative specifications and discrepancies in reporting.
  • Troubleshooting delivery issues, performance, product issues and ad tags from third party vendors.
  • Support, troubleshoot, ad-server testing, click and impression tracking functionality discrepancies.
  • Troubleshoot tags for clients and publisher side ad operations.
  • Verify the platform and file bugs - Identify, document and escalate bugs.
  • Training of 2 new hires, coaching and mentoring.
