Youval Ziv

With a background in real estate investments and venture capital, Youval Ziv guides Pacific Holdings Partnership and three other companies. Headquartered in Los Angeles, Pacific Holdings has offices in Oklahoma, Florida, and Georgia. The firm focuses on the acquisition and repositioning of residential properties. Youval Ziv has undertaken numerous rehabilitation projects of residences in subdivisions and developments, and created thousands of income-producing properties under his firm’s management.

Serving in the Israel Defense Force as captain in the late 1980s, he traveled across North and South America for three years before establishing Ziv Productions. He completed a law degree magna cum laude in Tel Aviv and engaged with a prominent real estate law office as attorney.

He later moved to California and launched the Ziv Productions subsidiary Elite Productions, Corp., which facilitated Life Elite business networking events for members and their guests. A sought-after public speaker who has been invited to present on investment strategies and wealth building through real estate, Youval Ziv also invests in technology startups and funds independent movie productions.
