- Netgroup, being a one-director company, my role was to fully manage a team of full time web designers in order to maintain a sustainable growth of a famous French web agency’s subsidiary which is CYO (www.cyo.fr). Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship, Procurement Management, Project Management, Team Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, Accounting, Budgeting and Reporting to investors are my day to day tasks at Netgroup.

- Syntheses being a marketing research company, my role was to create a portfolio of clients in Mauritius and to maintain its growth, to communicate on the different services offered by the company and to boost up the volume of sales on the local market.

- The business plan of Eucis was to help French companies to settle themselves in Mauritius. As a one-director company, my role was to fully manage different teams in various fields of the BPO sector such as Data Entry, Accounting, Project Management, Web Management, Translation and Software testing. Maintaining a close relationship with the shareholders of the company as well as with the clients was my main duty. Carrying out project management, recruitment campaigns, procurement management and motivating teams towards profitability and growth thorough kpi were common tasks. As a whole, my role was to drive the company towards the strategy set by the board of investors.

Responsibilities
- Access is a self storage company with several outlets round the country. I was in charge of the day to day running of one of those warehouses. Maintaining budgeted volume of sales turnover, welcoming client in the warehouse, ensure that the security procedures are respected, doing the marketing and accounting tasks, chasing bad debtors, purchasing and budgeting were among my duties.
