Vicky Travlos

Based in New York City, Vicky Travlos has held a number of positions with BusinessWeek and the McGraw-Hill Companies. She spent three years with customer solutions as a merchandising associate, where she developed and executed marketing and merchandising programs along with partnerships for specific brands. She also developed account-specific merchandising and value-added proposals for the entire North American market in order to generate revenue, additionally handling all aspects of merchandising fulfillment. Vicky Travlos also worked closely with regional marketing managers to develop integrated marketing programs.

Also with BusinessWeek Magazine, Vicky Travlos served as a sales development associate and TV operations manager, providing project support for several departments, including creative services, integrated sales, and special sections. She also worked closely with a number of executives, including the vice president of sales development, to develop marketing solutions and business development strategies. Before joining BusinessWeek, Travlos served as an administrative assistant for Calvin Klein and also worked in public affairs with New York State Assemblyman Marc Herbst. She holds a bachelor of arts in political science from Hofstra University.
