Ty Gregorak is a longtime college recruiter and coach who has held responsibilities with the University of Montana as defensive coordinator and linebackers’ coach for the past three years. In 2013, Montana achieved a 10-3 record and reached the FCS playoffs’ second round, where it lost to Coastal Carolina. Ty Gregorak’s duties extend to coordinating the team’s summer camp activities, and he recruits student athletes across four Western states. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gregorak served the university in various coaching positions from 2003 to 2009. He garnered additional coaching experience at Central Washington University, the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, and the University of Washington.
Ty Gregorak earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he majored in communications and was a three-year letter winner. Competing in the Insight.Com Bowl and the Aloha Bowl, he also received the 1997 Lee Willard award, which is awarded each year to the team’s outstanding freshman.
