Marketing and sales have been my passion since I was a child. I remember doing a fundraisers in school I was always among best in the class. It was an easy decision for me to become a marketer.

My career path has been smooth. I went from being a Marketing Assistant to a Marketing Coordinator to a Marketing Manager. I have really enjoyed the latest role as a marketing manager. It is refreshing to work with senior management and sales to find powerful and creative ways to market a company.

I enjoy working in a collaborative fashion with those around me and those that report to me. It builds a great work environment and helps people to feel valued and empowered. It is important to understand the strengths of each person, when managing, to capitalize on unique experiences and passions. Nothing is more frustrating to an employee that having a passion that is left alone.

Communication, written and verbal, are one of my great passions. I enjoy writing and editing powerful proposal documents, compelling brochures, captivating websites, and more. I have grown to enjoy being in front of people speaking, whether that is a customer, senior management, or on stage for a conference. To go with this, research has always been a key strength. Past companies have realized this and used me as their go-to-guy for product research, competitive analysis, customer research and more.

I have been intricately involved in rebranding campaigns, website design, project management, research, social media, proposal writing/management, event management, and more!
