Before establishing his own law practice in 2013, Seth Johnson served six years as a public defender for the State of Colorado. During this period he held positions as district court supervisor in Pueblo and misdemeanor and felony trial attorney in La Junta. In 2008, the Colorado State Public Defenders Office recognized Mr. Johnson’s trial advocacy skills and commitment to indigent defense with a "Bootcamper of the Year" award.
Mr. Johnson is a graduate of the Tulane University School of Law and an active member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. His practice include defending against charges such as drug possession and distribution, public intoxication and DUI/DWI, bail jumping and failure to appear, resisting arrest, murder and manslaughter, assault, and theft.
