Leadership development professional and entrepreneur Richard E. Thomas is a resident of Hilton Head, South Carolina. A graduate of Princeton University, he served in Vietnam with Army Intelligence and as a specialist in psychological operations before assuming a business development leadership role in the international soft drink business and in marketing for HBO. Richard E. Thomas also held executive roles at Comcast Communications and Renaissance Leadership, Inc., before establishing his own company, The Millennium Consulting Group. Under his guidance, that firm provided organizational and talent development consultation services to business executives.
Apart from his work as a leadership and team development specialist, Mr. Thomas is an energetic scholar of culture and history with an affinity for Europe, China, Thailand, and Australia. He is a volunteer for the Heritage Library and the Santa Elena Foundation, and a founding member of the Hilton Head Institute, as well as a board member for the South Carolina Chapter of United States Lacrosse.
Mr. Thomas currently works as founding partner of Legacy Leadership, LLC, an organization that provides specialized experiential training and consulting services to business executives.
