An experienced lawyer and IT professional, Peter Grabler received a bachelor of arts, juris doctor, and master of science in computer science from Boston University. In the early 1980s, Peter Grabler worked in the Massachusetts District Attorneys’ Office. He later acted as an information technology consultant for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
In this role, he combined his expertise in both computer science and law by serving as the liaison between a software developer and statewide district attorney organization. The software system in place needed to be individualized to serve the needs of the 11 district attorneys in Massachusetts. Peter Grabler leveraged his expertise as a former district attorney to provide data processing and systems analyst information to the software developers. The information he provided helped maximize the capacity and efficiency of the systems and processed work flows.
Now retired, Mr. Grabler provides pro bono services to Florida’s Guardian ad Litem program, which is dedicated to serving children who have been abused, neglected, and/or abandoned.
