Patricia M. Tracey is the founder and president of Real Estate, Education, and Community Housing, Inc. (REACH), a nonprofit organization, established in Palm Beach, Florida in 2006. Patricia M. Tracey also serves as a principal at Guardian Financial Network.
In her capacity as executive director of REACH, Patricia M. Tracey, who has more than three decades of experience in the field of residential real estate, offers assistance to prospective homebuyers with low incomes. She manages interactions with partner organizations--such as Florida's housing authority--that supply counseling, provide audits, and offer grants for those interested in owning a home.
As well as housing-specific programs, REACH offers coaching services aimed at helping individuals find financial freedom. Since its inception, the organization has prevented foreclosure on hundreds of homes and received numerous awards and recognitions.
In addition to her real estate and mortgage broker license, Ms. Tracey holds a bachelor of science in professional studies from Barry University.
