Owen Sinclair holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Baruch College. He started his career as a mutual fund analyst and later pursued roles in budget analysis at AXA/Financial/Equitable and at the Nassau County Office of Management & Budget in Mineola, New York. During his tenure in Nassau County, Owen Sinclair directed fiscal operations for 11 departments totaling $900 million in funds. He led a number of efforts to decrease expenses and achieved $14 million in annual savings during his tenure.
Owen Sinclair most recently managed finances at the Police Athletic League and the Sousa Mendes Foundation in New York. At the latter, he organized donations and created documentation to recognize advocates of the nonprofit organization.
In his leisure time, Owen Sinclair likes to relax by watching television, and his favorite shows include Blue Bloods, Modern Family, and The Office. He also attends comedy clubs throughout New York and once took a workshop to learn how to perform a set on stage. Additionally, he enjoys watching baseball and football and has supported the New York Mets and the Minnesota Vikings since his youth.
