- Blue Jay Technology is a consultancy company dedicated to the design and management of Digital Marketing strategies: we are dedicated to promoting and enhancing the presence of companies in 2.0 environments (social networks, blogs, forums, corporate websites, SEO/SEM).
We take care the whole digital process, from optimized web design, to creation and management of Online Advertising campaigns. We're specialized in developing Online Community Strategies for companies to engage with their audience.

- Responsibility over two strategic groups inside the Marketing Department:
- Personal Banking Group
- Small Business/ Small Caps group
Specifically:
* To manage a 3 M€ budget to achieve the commercial objectives of the three groups, trough events with prospects/customers, plan and development of ATL and BTL Marketing campaigns to increase sales (cross selling and product up-grade), promote new products/services. Development and implementation of customer acquisition and loyalty campaigns.
* Rise up the Deutsche Bank brand awareness: internal events to retain the Sales Force, as well as sales competitions to motivate them. Branding actions to retain customers and gain new ones.
* Communications management (press and other media) to promote product/services campaigns. Continuous contact with both media and advertising agencies.
* Event management for both customers and prospects (non-customers).
* Leading a team of 4 people.
Business Development Project Manager
Deutsche Bank - Barcelona - Spain(September 2001 - August 2002)
- Design, development and implementation of new projects in Deutsche Bank, inside the Marketing Department.
Own-implemented Projects:
* Coordination of the implementation of the new business model of Deutsche Bank (both Private and Business clients). Definition of the guidelines and coordination of the several involved areas (Product Management, Sales Network, IT…).
* “db Intranet” Project. Coordination of the project whose aim was to join in a unique website all the different Bank internal websites (intranets). The project involved the definition of all the contents (current and new) of the new intranet and the work distribution between all the involved areas.
* Coordination group member of the Annual Sales Convention: structure, program definition, contents to be set out by the speakers, coordinating Marketing and Communication Departments.
