Lyndsay Agans serves as a senior technical project and program manager at University of Maryland within the department of Analytics, Planning, and Design. As such, she is responsible for content development of a high-profile project aimed at creating the first online, global, project-centered graduate programs. With 14 years of technical project experience, Lyndsay Agans has skills in application design, grant writing, and research analysis, and she also understands tools and methodologies such as SCRUM, Prince2, PMP, and AGILE.

Lyndsay is renowned for her ability to cultivate high-performing teams and large-scale project recovery. She has held experience with both COTS products (Salesforce CRM, Cvent, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Amazon Web Services, etc.) and in-house development builds.

Ms. Agans also currently works with Project Logic, Inc., as a principal and projects director, conducting evaluations and building capacity through assessment, planning, and training. Her previous work includes projects conducted for and funded by: The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, DARPA, The Hewlett Pluralism Alliance, and the Ford Foundation.

Outside of work, Lyndsay is involved with Habitat for Humanity and the Insight Meditation Community of Washington.
