    Goal: During COVID and part-time work, we need to set up a sandbox environment for the end user (analyst profile) to make their own use case.

    Result: a very big project for a small country in the KFC world and after that it becomes a European project and it even replaced the English solution that was already in place (the UK is a much bigger market for KFC with more than 1000 restaurants)

  • Project management for Purchasing Income Calculation System project
    Objective : provide a safe, reliable and efficient tool for the management of international purchasing income. Critical project for Sodexo (visibility on top management)
    > Direct contact with Head of purchase
    > Mangement of ESN partner and internal team (3 people)
    > Setting up rule engine (JRULE) to meet agility needs on contracts (no restriction, tool should not be a limit to negociation)
    > International project with 82 countries involved
    Result : Very good satisfaction from end-users with a flexible and easy to use tool even with complex contract.
