A member of the U.S. military and a graduate of Syracuse University, Kitty Doupe draws upon a record of leadership in both her civilian and military career. A trained EMT and emergency response professional, she previously led as the division supervisor for Rapid Response Monitoring in Syracuse, New York. In this position, Kitty Doupe led a team of a dozen EMTs responding to emergency calls from more than 1,200 accounts. She also served as a volunteer firefighter during this time.

Additionally, Kitty Doupe has developed a significant record of accomplishment and leadership during her nearly two-decade-long career in the U.S. military. As a homeland security specialist during Operation Noble Eagle, she helped lead search and recovery operations after the World Trade Center attacks. Later, as an intelligence analyst during Operation Iraqi Freedom, she received an Army Commendation Medal for her security efforts to protect American civilians.

In more recent years, Kitty Doupe has served as a Captain in an Infantry Brigade Combat Team and a senior intelligence officer for a combat battalion. Currently, she serves as a Captain in a Military Intelligence Company. Outside of her professional life, she gives back to the community through her work with veterans-related charities and her local church. She is also a committed triathlete.
