An experienced human resources professional, Juliet Agranoff holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Delaware and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the New School for Social Research in New York City. Early in her career, she served as a Human Resources Assistant with P.F. Collier a division of Macmillan Publishing and a Human Resources Generalist with Morgan Stanley. Juliet Agranoff expanded into management in 1994, guiding Morgan Stanley company managers in human resource relations and advising approximately 500 finance and operations employees.

Juliet Agranoff subsequently served a year as Senior Human Resources Manager of Global Research and Development with Avon Products in Suffern, New York, where she managed a team of four to advise Avon’s research and development team (R&D) and lead the transition to a new state-of-the-art R&D center. After Avon, Juliet joined General Electric and then Wyeth. Juliet Agranoff currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Melinta Therapeutics.
