An experienced legal professional, Jonathan Nadler brings substantial practice experience in employment and labor law to his current position as partner (Member) at Eckert, Seamans, Cherin, & Mellott, LLC, in Philadelphia. In his present role with the firm, he concentrates on labor relations matters and workplace issues, counseling clients on a wide range of matters such as FMLA compliance, reasonable accommodation under the ADA, discipline and discharge, and harassment. Jonathan Nadler has assisted clients with denial of benefits claims, ERISA litigation, and breach of fiduciary duty matters and has advised employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws.
Jon Nadler obtained his JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. He earned his bachelor’s degree with distinction in economics and history from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In addition to his work at Eckert Seamans, Jonathan Nadler is an active member of the legal community, regularly publishing and lecturing on labor and employment law topics. In his time away from work, he enjoys landscaping, traveling, and golfing.
