John B Richards

After earning his bachelor of arts in history and sociology from Bucknell University, John B. Richards embarked on his career as a district representative sales manager with the offices of the Procter & Gamble Company in Baltimore, Maryland.John B. Richards returned to the academic environment to earn a master of business administration at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, where he was both a Wharton Public Policy Fellow and The Honeywell Common Market Fellow.Following his graduation he accepted a position as a consultant for McKinsey and Company one of three in his graduating class to do so.

John B. Richards went on to serve senior administrative positions, including Chief Marketing officer with Royal Viking Cruise Lines,Executive Vice President Four Seasons Hotels, and President of Starbucks Coffee. He most recently led business operations as CEO at the Joint Corp. in Scottsdale, Arizona. Mr. Richards also sat on the board of directors and provided general consulting services for this $100-million chain of chiropractic clinics.
