I am driving Sierra Wireless R&D for AirVantage, Sierra's M2M solution, and Sierra Wireless Solution & Services where I am in charge of the delivery of AirVantage-based solutions for clients.
With my team, we have engaged into several programs to industrialize our delivery process and thus deliver best-in-class solutions & services, and to take AirVantage to the next level, a fully industrial, best-in-class solution, able to drive M2M market take off.
I am doing consultancy for clients who want to get the best from :
- open source : opportunity, governance, policy, ecosystem, ...
- cloud computing : opportunity, service offers, enablers, ecosystem ...
- social networks & community of practice : lifecycle, management, ...
I bring concrete experience (mentoring) in a process which gives clients autonomy (coaching).
I am currently involved in designing France Telecom Cloud OS, the basement of all Orange Cloud Computing offers.
I am also helping France Telecom to build and deploy their Entreprise Social Network.
