Responsibilities
- Represent EDS at HP Open Source & Linux Profession.
Recommend, build and implement EDS FOSS Global Strategy and Policy for Application Services. This includes ecosystem, safe havens, risks management, supply chain & repository, assessment, support, contribution models, education and overall governance.
Leader for EDSource awarded project which aims at applying Open Source best practices within EDS. It's a cross capabilities project which explores, on real projects, many aspects of open source model : leadership, virtual team management, development process, distributed engineering, reuse, applied innovation as well as collaborative sourcing.
Core member of EDS FOSS Governance Committee which is assessing the risks of using Open Source Software to deliver to clients on real cases.
Chair the Open Source Global Forum which is driving the adoption of FOSS on the field, providing governance, consultancy & education with the assistance of EDS Open Source Community (800+ members), I co-lead.
