Jason Bouvier, Bristol resident, is a former physical education teacher at the Woodside Intermediate School in Cromwell, Connecticut. While serving as the school’s physical education instructor, he advised students between grades three and five. During daily activities, Jason Bouvier graded students on their skill, effort, and participation in order to help them achieve their fullest potential.
While working at the Woodside Intermediate School he also ran the Miracle-Gro program, designed to demonstrate the benefits of physical education in regards to improving reading comprehension skills and mathematics test scores. Jason Bouvier, assisted in numerous fundraisers and after school activities while working with the school.
Jason Bouvier earned a bachelor of science in exercise science and education from Southern Connecticut State University. In addition to his degree, he holds a certification in physical education for grades K-12 in the state of Connecticut, and has passed both praxis examinations. Outside of work, he enjoys remaining active by playing and coaching several sports in his hometown of Bristol.
