My name is Hugo COSSET, I have a Master’s degree in Engineering since September 2015.

Right now I am working as a system engineer for the company GTD. I am working at the Guiana Space Centre on the maintenance of PLCs and SCADA system for ground equipments that are used for the 3 launch vehicles: Ariane, Soyuz and Vega. My missions are:

►Maintenance and Diagnostic of the failures of the control command and SCADA system,
►Suggest and implement automation or industrial IT enhancements,
►Procedure improvement.

Maintenance of control command (PLC) and SCADA in Centre Spatial Guyanais (CSG).
• Industrial IT (ie. High Availability RHEL/OpenVMS OS with Schneider/Beckhoff PLCs)
Anomaly resolution and continuous improvement of maintained systems.

Consulting engineer for AIRBUS in the Tooling department of the FAL A350 (Final Assembly Line). With 3 main tasks: Increase reliability, suggest and implement improvement on the automated tools of the FAL. Develop and automate indicators.

Definition, development and integration of a SCADA (Supervisory control and data acquisition) system for a rotomolding plant with staff training

Work on the diminishment of wasted time during the changeover between products.

Value engineering of cylinder mechanical function, development of a calculation and customer communication software.

Update of technical documentation and Computer-aided design (CAD) on OneCNC and Solidworks

Work on the cleanliness of the bought parts of the hydraulic cylinder (Oil, Valves…).
