The president and owner of Zagato Business Analysis, Greg Sample is a Florida-based business leader with almost four decades of experience working in the state’s financial services industry. Currently, he provides financial services companies with best-practice strategies when engaging in financial planning seminars. Greg Sample began his career in financial services in 1980, working as a sales agent with Prudential Insurance in Fort Myers, Florida. Between 1996 and 2014, he served as president and owner of the Avery Sample Financial Group, where he delivered between 55 and 85 financial planning seminars per year and managed over $100 million in assets. He assumed his current position in 2015.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Sample, a lifelong water sports enthusiast, ran a waterskiing school named the Barefoot Brothers. He founded the school in 1973, and continues to be involved in its day-to-day operations. Aside from water skiing, he also is a longtime scuba diver, and is an assistant diving instructor.
Between earning his undergraduate degree in finance and business, and beginning his career in financial services, Greg Sample lived for a year in the Cayman Islands, serving as a waterskiing and diving instructor. Over the decades, he has competed in a number of waterskiing tournaments, and holds the world record for the greatest number of barefoot tumble turns in a single minute.
