Ensure that all data is entered correctly and in time (BIA and other case management forms)
Provide feedback to case workers/assistants if there are gaps or incoherent Information
Submit all requested reports: daily, monthly and other reports to seniors and caseworkers based on the schedule set
Submit any needed data report generated from the CPIMS System
Make (8 – 10) weekly visits weekly to our cases inside the camp , to ensure that all services delivered as well without any problem & make monthly assessment & feedback about efficiency & effective of case management
Performs routine checking duties to make sure accuracy of data to Primero system, Compares information or figures on soft copy against same data on hard copy, Make monthly Tracking sheet for forms Received from Senior Child Protection Officer.
Serve as the Child Protection team M&E focal point, overseeing the implementation of all M&E tools, participating in relevant M&E meetings, contributing to monthly reporting, and analyzing the data collected for M&E purposes
