Business & Relationship Marketing Manager EMEA at IHG
Welcome to my web-CV!Currently based in Singapore, I am aspiring to become an influential Digital Marketer in the travel & leisure or hospitality industry.
I have spent the last 3 years building my knowledge and sharpening my expertise of B2B and B2C CRM & loyalty programs. Passionate about understanding the ever-changing rules of customer lifecycle and customer engagement in the digital environment, I have developed and tested highly customized, data-driven marketing activities across paid, owned and earned media. During this time, I also gained experience in successfully growing & managing teams as well as implementing new ways of working.
Beyond this my previous roles have been in managing events, business centre and front desk operations in luxury hotels in the UK & Europe. These experiences have taught me to be adaptable, proactive and the significance of team work.
I am keen to network with fellow Digital Marketers in AMEA (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa) in order to exchange and challenge ideas on how to leverage consumer insights from online data in campaign planning and increase RODMI (return on digital marketing investment).
