A graduate of the medical school at the National University of Singapore, Dr. Eric Gan Keng Seng completed his surgical training in Singapore hospitals before obtaining his postgraduate degrees. He is a fellow of the International College of Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons at Edinburgh.
