Worked with Alstom Canada’s numerous offices across Canada to identify a tool set that would meet each region’s needs for capturing real-time cost (time sheets), project progress and productivity data.
Tool set included data capture solutions, flexible reporting, project management and cost forecasting tools and integration with financial ERP systems. Upon tool set identification and purchase approval, developed a project plan for both piloting and rolling-out the prescribed tool set across Canada.
