Managed multiple teams in a project for TEC Edmonton that included the rebranding of their entire website as well as developing both an internal and external facing SharePoint solution for project collaboration between their staff and members.

Process Reengineering

Cycles of continuous project and software development cycle improvements at Time Industrial aided in the company’s growth from 5 people to over 40, securing an international clientele, and the eventual initial public offering of the company.
Worked with Accenture’s Edmonton office to reengineer quality assurance processes to efficiently meet divergent team processes, Accenture corporate standards and their client’s provincially regulated requirements.
Worked with Change Management and Business Information Systems groups to refine IT C-SOX processes at Flint Energy services to promote standardization and increase efficiency and adoption by the staff.
Initiated and set the initial roadmap for the implementation of a project management office (PMO) at Alberta Education – Learning Technologies Branch to better coordinate efforts and increase consistency of work for a staff of three program managers, twelve project leads and numerous software developers, media experts, instructional designers and meta-data librarians.

Worked with Alstom Canada’s numerous offices across Canada to identify a tool set that would meet each region’s needs for capturing real-time cost (time sheets), project progress and productivity data.

Managed the analysis, design and development for a commercial product responsible for capturing field level data in order to provide project management support, time and cost management, same day invoicing and payroll reporting in the complex, unionized oil and gas and construction industries.
